Dandara Group wins Best Use of Concrete Technology Award

The 2019 evening to announce the annual Offsite Construction Awards was held during the Futurebuild exhibition at ExCel on 5th March.
The event celebrated opportunities in offsite construction and The Concrete Centre sponsored a concrete award. The Best Use of Concrete Technology award was presented to Dandara Group for the Dandara Build-to-Rent project.
Dandara have established that offsite construction provides the perfect building solution and have fully embraced this methodology for all of their Build to Rent projects. 2,063 of these units are currently under construction at three sites in: Arena Central in Birmingham, Leodis Square in Leeds and Chapel Wharf in Salford, Manchester - all are due for occupation in 2019, with planning approved for a further 2,000 additional units at several other sites in the UK.
