The projects featured in this spring's concrete elegance lecture are: École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC), Paris to be presented by Andrew Philips from David Chipperfield Architects and the Parliament Buildings, Berlin presented by Stephan Braunfels from Stephan Braunfels Architects.
